Payment upfront: I only start working for you when your payment is completed.

Payment method: Paypal, Ko-Fi, Stripe, buymecoffee

All of commission type (except emote commission) is for personal using only!, that means you're not allowed use them for your profit. (such as prints ot any merches) if you would like to please let me know first.

I don't accept rush/urgent works and if there's no response for 48hours the slots will be dropped.

It will be editable only on sketch stage for some parts (no redraw the whole picture or completely new pose allowed) and only for 3 times if more than that it would cost an extras each time. After I finish only minor part/colour changes are allowed so, please check carefully and let me know at once on sketch stage.

Please provide clear references for any pose you want. If you want to leave it to me to design it, it may not be editable for major change such as to redraw new pose for those works that not provide pose references (only small part editable)

Canvas size would be around 1600-2000px maxed depends on the scale (except chibi will be smaller) with fixed ratio that some parts/details that over canvas may be croped off depends on scale (no psd file)

I don't accept designing character type of commission or combining materials to make character so, please provide completed, full finished references. (Alternate outfits, hair are fine but please provide clear references)

It will be drawn in my style including color and lighting or filter so the color may be slightly different from the character's actual palettes. Same to pets/small animals that will not be realistic style.

It takes around few weeks - a month to complete your commission (depends on my workload)

Please complete the payment within due date or your commission will be declined. (if there's any problem or you'd like to expand your deadline, feel free to let me know.)

I have right to decline your commission if it's too complicated or beyond my skill or anything I feel uncomfortable to do.

Refund is allowed but the amount will depend on the progression of your work

- 100% refund before start, 80% on sketch, 50% on lineart stage, 30% on base color.
